Once you’ve cut out the center part where the tree will go, cut a line towards the outside of that “skirt” so that you can easily drape it around the base of the tree.. Can you guess the last step?.Get out the hot glue!

Seal up all your cuts with a line of hot glue so you don’t get any fraying.As I said before, no one’s going to have their face that close to the base of your tree anyway.You can’t see the middle part because it’s covered by all those pretty, green branches..

So that’s how I got myself a tree skirt this year!If I do decide to go buy the $60 one next year, it’ll be fine.

Two skirts will just mean we’ll have to put up another tree!.
